No. Students are placed into English classes according to their level, and all teaching materials are adapted to suit different abilities. However, for the Public Speaking & Debate workshops, we recommend at least a B1 level of English.
Students below this level (A1–A2) are still welcome but will join the regular English classes and camp activities in the afternoons instead of the public speaking and debate track.
Students live in the boarding houses of Bishop’s Stortford College, sharing single, twin, or small dorm rooms. Boys and girls are housed separately. All meals are served in the College dining hall.
